At ACCEO since 2008

Mélissa Dufresne has been working at ACCEO as a business analyst since 2008. She is actively involved in the evolution and use of UniCité – Cour municipal software, which is the choice of over 90% of the municipal courts in Quebec. Her responsibilities focus on the areas of user training and support, analysis of various developments, quality testing, and participation in committees aimed at aligning product direction with the realities of municipal courts.

Before making the leap to the municipal sphere, Mélissa was a registrar in the Criminal and Penal Division of the Court of Quebec and the Superior Court. In 2005, she had the responsibility to establish a common municipal court serving 19 municipalities. Her understanding of the issues and trends related to the field and associated with legislated changes to penal and criminal law is a definite asset for the ACCEO team.
